Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Full-time position available.
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong knowledge about GL, AR/AP, Financial Statement, Bank Reconciliation, Taxation.
- Excellent in Microsoft office.
- Familiar with taxation will be an added advantage.
- Highly-motivate, detail oriented and well-adaptable.
- Have a Good Willing an Good Attitude.
- Able to Working in Team or Individual.
- Familiar with Accounting Program & SAP System
- Willing to work in Kedoya Utara Jakarta Barat
- Willing to work at Saturday (09.00-15.00 WIB)
- Able to do business trip
- Able to join ASAP
Responsibilities
- Manage daily transactions, including AP / AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations
- Organizes financial data (bookkeeping, maintenance of records for audit) and ensure the complete finance documents ( invoice, bank receipt)
- Input the daily expense reimbursement documents, cash advance & settlement, and inspection of all financial accounting documents
- Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary
- Prepare & Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly Reports.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
- Maintaining historical records.
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
